What the client wanted

The client was looking for an agency that could respond quickly to create a new corporate brand for their property development company. We were tasked with suggesting new names for the organisation and once the name was defined we undertook our branding development process to create a unique new look for the company.

Our chosen brand design

We submitted a series of new brand ideas focusing on the traditional aspect of the brief but complemented with a series of contemporary symbols. The new brand needed to convey that the company had been established for a long time and portray a sophisticated, corporate image.

We created a wide range of initial ideas utilising our Project Discovery process. This allowed us to experiment and push the client's brief to ensure we explored all potential avenues for the new brand.

Early explorations of the brand

A wide range of symbols were created playing around with the fontstyles and alternative names. Once the final logo was chosen we moved on to develop the new bespoke website.

Marketing collateral design

As part of the branding development we also designed a range of marketing materials including a new profile brochure. We focussed on displaying large images of the various properties the client had developed. Showcasing these buildings and locations ensured the clients prospects and customers were aware of the large range of properties the client had worked on and added to the impact of their particular portfolio.

The new profile brochure also displayed an overview of developments and allowed the client to leave a high impact piece of marketing collateral with customers and prospects. The rebrand also allowed us to create a suite of print materials that reflected the new, professional branding. Foil blocked business cards and embossed notepads added to the clients sophisticated new branding.

Bespoke responsive web design and development

As part of the rebrand we were also tasked with developing a fully bespoke, mobile responsive website. This new website needed to act as a portal for news, press releases and social media promotion alongside the regular uploading of the clients development projects.
