An extensive Project Discovery phase to get the content structure right
The Safeguarding Adults Executive Board (SAEB) recently commissioned us to create their new corporate website. SAEB are based in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and work together with their communities to keep adults at risk safe from harm and abuse.
We worked closely with their executive team to ensure their new website met all of their stakeholder requirements. The project kicked off with our unique Project Discovery session whereby we extracted key components of how a user would travel around their website in order to find exactly the right level of information they sought.
