Mandale Homes are one of the norths biggest new housing property developers. They commisioned us to design, develop and launch a fully bespoke, interactive software system to be installed onto their showroom kiosks.
We undertook a project discovery session that allowed us to gain valuable knowledge into the requirements the client wanted for their end users. The kiosk software had to work effortlessly and make it easy for Mandale showroom staff to navigate with and to promote the features and benefits of each particular plot development.
We undertook an extensive UX and wireframing process at the outset of the design stage on this project. We outlined and visualised the structure of the new platform to ensure the key features of the developments were easy to find and expand upon with the aim of keeping the customers engaged whilst exploring their particular property through the interactive screens.
We created a web based styleguide to complement our design. The colours were reflective of the main Mandale Groups branding ensuring the palette conveyed the client's corporate message. We created a bespoke range of navigational elements to help define a simple, clear and effective user experience journey through the various interactive screens.
Our bespoke design ensured we could create a development layout that was flexible and dynamic. Allowing showhome staff to easily find and click on key properties at a clients request.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about it, it looks fabulous, it’s easy to work and is customer and staff friendly.
Customers have been very impressed and interested in spending time looking through the different screens which leads to better rapport building, more time for finding out more about our customer and their needs and desires, rather than just been able to offer leaflets."
