Creating a dynamic, content driven website with online safety course modules

Gauged Solutions are a Teesside based health and safety consultancy delivering intricate risk assessment solutions to international brands across the globe. They commissioned us to undertake the enhancement of their website to allow their web presence to reflect the large range of consultancy services they undertake. The project also involved the design and build of an associated online e-learning training course platform allowing the company to take online payments for various courses accessible through the website.

Enhanced project discovery, wireframing & UX design stages

For such a huge website with a multitude of content pages we needed to undertake a thorough project discovery session. This allowed our designers to determine the best plan to effectively integrate the clients vast amounts of page content and information. Establishing the most appropriate layouts and page wireframes for mobile and desktop views is one of our key bespoke web development features.

Creation of a defined styleguide for the various website assets

Given the sheer size of the website our designers needed to create a definitive range of graphic assets that would help our developers create 100% branding consistency across the site. This was achieved at the first touch point, creating a consistent website styleguide.

Design and build of a new e-learning training platform

The client also tasked us with creating a totally bespoke online e-learning training course platform. This enhanced development feature allows customers to chose from a selection of training courses, select single or multiple users, sign up and pay for the courses online with accreditation certificates awarded through the system. One of those requests for additional bespoke website features that we can build inhouse.

Every page designed for mobile, tablet and desktop view

Our website design service included creating every page with mobile, tablet and desktop views in mind. Additional touches included bespoke icon creation, animated header integration and a rotating globe with interactive country markers highlighting where Gauged Solutions operate.
